Araceli Biosciences Adds Christine Tsingos to Its Board

Araceli Biosciences has announced the appointment of Christine A. Tsingos to its Board of Directors. She brings over 30 years of executive experience in financial strategy, capital planning, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, and information technology.
Bill Cortelyou, Chairman of the Board, stated that Christine provides deep financial and strategic leadership at a vital time for the company. He noted that her experience scaling life sciences firms and creating long term value will strengthen the Board. The company aims to support disciplined growth as it enters its next stage of scale.
CEO Matt Beaudet added that Araceli is leading the shift toward AI driven, lab in the loop drug discovery. He explained that Christine previously helped companies move from selling standalone tools to building systems embedded in the modern lab. He emphasized this experience is critical as the company scales.
Christine A. Tsingos remarked that Araceli has built strong momentum quickly, showing the power of its technology and a clear market need. She said the focus now is building the foundation to support growth at scale, and she is excited to join that effort.
Tsingos is the retired Executive Vice President and CFO of Bio-Rad Laboratories, where she served from 2002 to 2019. She currently sits on the boards of Envista Holdings and Varex Imaging Corporation. She holds a BA from American University and an MBA from The George Washington University.
